The information below describes how we can help you create a Business Model or a Comprehensive Business Plan. If you use the tutorials described above, you can create a similar product. However, if you need a formal document and creating one is not your strong suit, we will be happy to help you. We believe the formula for a successful business is very simple. A successful business requires "A Good Idea and Good Resources". This formula is easy to understand   in real life application because it separates what you want to do from the resources it will take to do it successfully. No other approach to business planning simplifies the assessment of true business opportunity as clearly and accurately as the Business Model approach. It divides the ten fundamental business elements into these two distinct but inter-related components of every business. Our business philosophy and approach is based upon this simple business fundamental.  The Business Model process is a reflection of this formula.    

We Apply the "Good Idea and Good Resources" Formula

We developed the concept of "A Good Idea and Good Reources" to design and validate new business initiatives. To be a "Good Idea", the concept must be competitive in the target marketplace. "Good Resources" must include all of the human, informational and financial capabilities to implement and operate the business efficiently and effectively. Good Resources cannot compensate for a poor Idea and a Good Idea cannot compensate for inadequate Resources. The Business Model reflects the characteristics of both the Business Idea and the Business Resources. Our Assessment process utilizes 60 characteristics to provide a professional opinion about the viability of the business model. Developing Your Comprehensive Business Plan

We understand that a business plan must be formatted to put the best foot forward while not misrepresenting anything that might be misleading to a lender, a partner or other impacted parties. Our professional staff is well trained and experienced to deliver a professional business plan. However, we do not presume to know the details of your business and will not create a fictitious business plan just to make it attractive and appealing. The first principle of business plan preparation is to clearly identify the difference between facts and assumptions. However, our experience does permit us to offer creative suggestions about the planning and content aspects of the business plan that may be useful to the entrepreneur. This is part of our role as a professional adviser and creator of the plan. We include two hours of telephone counseling as well as email counseling to answer questions and clarify ideas, content, and format. A business plan must be a collaborative effort if it is to produce the best possible result.

We start off by gathering data from you about your business venture. The primary driver for a business plan is to determine what your goals are for the business and then develop the action plans that will achieve those goals. Historical data about the business and the ownership provide a context for the plan. We also gather the data to create a business model design that establishes the fundamental characteristics of the business. This will be the baseline used to measure the impacts of the Implementation Plan to ensure the goals will be met. An Organizational Plan is created with the roles and responsibilities for senior management identified. As we gather the data, telephone counseling is available to clarify issues and ensure the plan accurately represents the client's intentions.

A draft of the business plan is delivered as soon as the data is accumulated and formatted into the business plan format. Two revisions are included for the base price. Revisions must be completed within two weeks of delivery of the draft plan.
