We must gather the information from you that is required for the planning product that meets your needs. The data gathering process is designed to minimize the effort on your part while ensuring that all of the data needed for a professional product is made available. We want you to feel comfortable with the process. We understand the need for personal contact to answer questions and clarify sometimes complex conditions. You will see that telephone time is included in all products.

Business Model - $495
Our Business Model design and assessment is based upon the concept that the formula for a successful is "A Good Idea and Good Resources". Based upon that concept we provide you with a set of simple questionairres. They are used to define your business idea and your business resources. The worksheets are designed to minimize the information that you enter. Whenever possible we provide multiple choice selections or tables that clearly establish the characteristics of you Idea and Resources.
In most cases, these worksheets can be completed within a day or two. However, you may need to do some research to feel confident about your response. You will have time to alter some of the information after the worksheets are returned to us if you decide you need to adjust your concept. We try to return a bound copy of your Business Model design and assessment within 5 days of receiving your worksheets. You have three weeks to return the worksheets if you encounter delays in assembling all of the data. We are available by telephone and email to answer questions. Our Comprehensive Business Plan is designed to meet your planning needs for several years. Because we believe very strongly in the value of a business model for all small businesses, the Comprehensive Business Plan includes all of the features of the Business Model. We use the worksheets outlined above to start the business plan documentation. We provide additional worksheets to more completely document your Implementation Plan and your Organizational Plan. Once again these additional worksheets are designed to minimize the amount of writing on your part.
We allow four weeks for you to complete these worksheets although they often are completed within a day or two. We deliver the bound copy of the Comprehensive Business Plan within five days after receiving your worksheets.
